The National BEYA STEM Global Competitiveness Conference Celebrating Over 20 Years of Excellence

One America. One future. With the new global economy the need to include Americans from all walks of society has never been so urgent. Our success will decide our collective future.

That's where the National BEYA STEM Global Competitiveness Conference steps into the picture.

For more than two decades, the National BEYA STEM Global Competitiveness Conference has attracted top professionals and students from every part of the nation and every field of science, engineering, and technology.

Throughout the conference, our seminars and workshops will offer new information on a variety of topics affecting Black technology professionals such as career advancement, diversity programs and specialized industry updates. The Career Fair will link qualified engineers, scientists, business professionals and students with employers both regional and national.

Completing the three-day event, the BEYA Awards Ceremony will recognize the achievement of African-American leaders.

Simply put, the National BEYA STEM Global Competitiveness Conference is about opportunities to acquire and retain talent, to learn and network among the best and brightest technology minds in the country.

Since 1986, the conference has served as an invaluable tool to recognize outstanding achievement of African-Americans in companies across America.

Lockheed Martin Corporation, The Council of the Engineering Deans of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities and US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine look forward to seeing you at the conference in February, as we build creative partnerships, and share the visible success of our shared goals.
